Today the current estimated number of orphans in the world stands at over 140 million. When sustainability is no longer an option due to poverty, disease, environmental causes, and even death; a voice is needed and a change must be made for the least of these. Adoption into a loving home becomes the journey for many children orphaned around the world.
The Perpetual Change Adoption Promise Program firmly believes that we must stand beside those opening their hearts and homes to children. These children welcomed into homes touch the lives of everyone around them. Adoption is a beautiful process of blending families! We understand that the financial requirement for adopting families can be a struggle. We want to help ease this burden by offering our Adoption Promise Grant and or Adoption Promise Fundraising Program. Through these programs, we desire to promote adoption through financial assistance.
Grant Program:
Welcome to the Adoption Promise Grant Program. Please understand that Grants are given on a case by case basis. Your application and additional submitted items will be reviewed in detail by the Adoption Promise Committee. Grants are given every 4-6 months and subject to the availability of Adoption Promise Funds. You must be a U.S. resident using a licensed accredited agency (no independent adoptions allowed at this time) and have a completed home study to apply.
How to Apply:

| 4. | You will receive a letter via email in 4-6 months regarding the board’s decision to grant funds toward your adoption. | |
| 5. | Regardless if you are accepted or declined for a Grant you may always fund raise with the Adoption Promise Fundraising Program | |
| 6. | If selected for a Grant, Adoption Promise Program will work directly with you and your agency to distribute funds properly. |
Fundraising Program:
Welcome to the Adoption Promise Fundraising Program. Fundraising is encouraged by Perpetual Change. Adoption Promise Fundraising Program is a support letter that you will be responsible for sending to your family and friends. Each person who gifts money towards your adoption will receive a tax-deductible receipt on behalf of the amount given. You must be a U.S. resident using a licensed accredited agency (no independent adoptions allowed at this time), and have a completed home study to apply.

| 4. | You will receive a letter via email in 1-2 weeks regarding the clearance of your application. At this point you will also receive further instructions via email. These instructions include a fundraising template letter (example of how to write your support letter), program specifications, and given dates in which your fundraiser must start and end by. | |
| 5. | Once your Fundraiser has reached its end date you will receive an email with your total funds raised. | |
| 6. | The Adoption Promise Program will work directly with you and your agency to distribute funds properly |
