| Bethany’s prior career was in management for the Starbucks Corporation. Bethany manages the “Hand in Hand” and “Adoption Promise” programs as well as the interaction and development of Perpetual Change sponsored children. Bethany has a Bachelor’s in Behavioral Sciences from Linfield University. | ||

| Si hails from Los Angeles, CA. Prior to that he called Canada home and is Ethiopian born. Si has worked in various management positions including a presidential campaign. Si acts as a liaison, assists in the communication with Ethiopian partners, advises on project planning and operations, and provides counsel to the Perpetual Change board. | ||

Henock Solomon | |

| Henock is the Ethiopia project manager. He currently resides in Addis Ababa (Nation Capital). He received his high school education in Oakland, California. After living four years in the U.S., Henock moved back to Ethiopia where he completed his college education. Henock oversees all activities in Ethiopia and greatly cares for all the children that we support. | ||

| Susan Teague is a owner of a 3D/virtual architectural modeling business (HENRY Design). She graduated from Portland State with a BA in Architecture. Before starting her own home based business, Susan worked in the retail design industry for 5 1/2 years. Susan lives in Milwaukie Oregon with her husband Robbie and their two children Sydney and Aiden. | ||

| Christy is a full time mother who volunteers her time to Perpetual Change. She has been married to her husband Jeff for over 13 years and has four kids, three biological and one adopted from Ethiopia; Avery, Karsen, Cohen and Bereket. Christy’s heart was forever changed during their adoption process and now uses her time and talents to impact the lives of those in Ethiopia. | ||
