Prior to this position she held positions in Program Management, Marketing, Contracts Management, Cost Analysis, Procurement, and Mergers and Acquisitions. Robin is passionate about the Ethiopian culture and is always looking forward to her return. | ||

| Bethany Gurske is currently a full time mother and full time volunteer for Perpetual Change. Bethany’s prior career was within management for Starbucks Corporation to which she left to further her education. Bethany has a Bachelor’s in Behavioral Sciences from Linfield University. Bethany is one of the founders of Perpetual Change. Bethany is married to Jeff and has two adopted children from Ethiopia, Leul and Adey. | ||

| Ross Day is currently the founder and workhorse of Day Law Group. Through out Ross’ career, he has held many positions within Oregon State Government as well as worked private practice law. Ross has focused his work on human rights and organizational ethics. Ross is married to Shelley, and they have two sons, Jess and Logan and a daughter, Audrey. | ||
