Perpetual Change is non-profit organization that focuses on Orphan Care and Advocacy of the Voiceless. Perpetual Change evolved from a life changing event which has allowed us to change the lives of others. Change is so simple, but yet so complex. It does not take much for one to greatly affect the life of another. Together, it is possible to change the world. Now we are asking you to join us.
